Color Matching:
We cannot guarantee that the colors of your prints will match exactly with any previous printing. If you require this service, you must become a member of our portal.

Order Placement:
Orders must be placed a minimum of 1 week in advance. Our team will deliver the printed materials within 2-3 working days after completion.

Pricing:
Prices may vary depending on the type of printing service and quantity ordered.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be cancelled once our team has commenced work on them.

Return Policy:
Orders cannot be returned. In case of printing mistakes ranging from 5-50%, those prints will not be counted. For mistakes exceeding 50%, it is our responsibility to reprint those prints.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for orders placed.

Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and wallet payments. Full payment must be made before we commence printing your order.

Cancellation of Distributorship/Channel Partner Code: Print Masters reserves the right to cancel or change any distributorship or channel partner code at its discretion.

Content Policy: Orders must not contain Duplicate/Fake, Prohibited Content, or content without permission from related organizations. The responsibility lies with the Printing Press/Channel Partner. Knowingly or unknowingly ordering such content will result in lifetime discontinuation of membership.

- Delivery Charges: No extra charges for delivery all over India.
